Website Terms
Last updated: 29 July 2026
1. Scope
These terms apply to use of the public ClassHands website and submission of enquiries. Separate service terms will be required before families, schools or tuition centres use live learner accounts.
2. About ClassHands
ClassHands is being developed as a UK personalised learning platform. Website descriptions explain the intended product direction and must not be treated as a guarantee that every roadmap feature is currently available.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person or use the service in a way that could place a child or another user at risk.
4. Enquiries and early access
Submitting an enquiry or joining an early access list does not create a paid subscription, guarantee acceptance into a pilot or require ClassHands to provide a particular launch date or feature.
5. Educational information
Website content explains a learning product and does not replace professional teaching, school responsibilities, special educational needs assessment, medical advice or safeguarding action.
6. AI-supported learning
The intended ClassHands model uses automated personalisation to select and adapt educational content. Users should not rely on AI output as infallible. Appropriate human support and escalation should remain available.
7. Intellectual property
The ClassHands name, visual identity, mascot, design system, website content and software are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No rights are transferred except the limited permission to use the website lawfully.
8. Third-party services
The website may depend on hosting, forms, analytics or other service providers. ClassHands is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by law, but should select and manage providers responsibly.
9. Availability
The website may be updated, suspended or withdrawn. ClassHands does not promise uninterrupted access and may change content as the product develops.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided for general information and early engagement, and ClassHands does not accept responsibility for losses caused by relying on unconfirmed roadmap, pricing or launch information.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and any additional notice presented when a live service is launched.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the legal entity, product, pilots and live services are confirmed. The current version will be published on this page.
13. Governing law
The final production terms should identify the relevant ClassHands legal entity and governing jurisdiction. For a UK launch, England and Wales may be appropriate, but this must be confirmed during legal review.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the ClassHands Contact page.
